awesome machine love everything I have from xtool.
The main issue is that it will stop in the middle of a project
I really enjoy the D1Pro 10w. It was simple to set up and is easy to use. In fact I bought a second D1Pro 10w to help speed up production of my ornaments.
Ordered and got the laser in a timely fashion, laser is awesome, cuts great, engraves great. more complete documentation could be issued, even a link to some good pdf's wouldn't hurt. the company's so called materials grid could be written a lot better. i relay on forums usually for power and time settings. Also do not fall for the "199.00 dollars in free materials" bundle they claimed for Halloween, I'm sure they do it for other holidays too. I received 18 pieces of wood valued at 50 bucks lol. no big deal, it was free, but could have mixed it up a bit at least.
Need additional pieces. Air assist, leg extension, encasing, honeycomb base, rotary for things like mugs, glasses etc. Not a lot on online help or tutorials. Having challenges centering work.
